INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 called “Code regarding the protection of personal data” I inform you that:

 

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The personal data supplied by you to “Cu-Test Srl”, or otherwise acquired in compliance with the current legislative and contractual provisions, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and the obligations of confidentiality and professional secrecy – exclusively for purposes of legal / judicial type in accordance with the purpose for which the mandate will be awarded and, in any case, for purposes connected and / or instrumental to the performance of the professional tasks assigned to “Cu-Test Srl”, excluding any use different and / or conflicting with the interests of the customer. The processing of information concerning the Customer will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and the information will be processed and stored with IT tools.

With regard to online consulting services, in addition to the data expressly entered by the customer, the IP address from which the requests for consultancy are received is also recorded.

 

METHOD OF TREATMENT

The data will be processed using appropriate tools to guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be carried out using automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data.

 

NATURE OF DATA CONFERENCE AND EFFECTS OF REFUSAL TO FORNIRLI

The provision of personal data is optional; however, in the absence of the same, or in the case in which the consent to the treatment is refused according to the modalities specified below, this will make it impossible to entertain any negotiation relationship with the interested party.

 

COMMUNICATION / DIFFUSION

The data will not be disclosed to other subjects, nor will it be disseminated, except for personal data that for tax reasons it will be necessary to communicate to the accountant of the Studio who gave assurance about compliance with the Privacy Code and absolute confidentiality beyond that of the preparation of a DPS in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Code and of Annex B to the same Code.

ART. 7: RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

In relation to the processing of personal data and pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the interested party has the right:

  1. a) to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form;
  2. b) to obtain an indication of the origin of personal data, of the purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied to computerized processing, of the identification details of the owner and of the managers, of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them;
  3. c) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and, in any case, to those provided for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the completion of market research or commercial communication.
